Digital Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team at one of the Big 5 Canadian Banks. The ideal candidate will have, domain experience in AI/Chatbot technologies and homebuyer customer journeys, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience with knowledge search functions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and present data.

• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A positive working attitude and the ability to deliver results with accountability and ownership.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Amazon Lex and AWS. • Familiarity with Sandbox environments. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Power BI. • Knowledge of LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) structures. • Experience with home financing/homebuyer customer journeys Experience with Chatbot/AI technologies
