Role: Junior/Midlevel Software Engineer

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior/Midlevel Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with seasoned engineers to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing high-quality code using primarily using Java and React/React Native
• Collaborating to design and implement new features and enhancements for our web and mobile applications.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• Identifying and troubleshooting software defects and performance issues, and providing timely resolutions.
• Contributing to the overall architecture and technical direction of our applications.
• Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Some commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a focus on web and mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Java AND React/React Native
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Exposure to DevOps would be advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
