Location: Geneva, Switzerland

KYC Operations Analyst (Banking Domain)

1. Knowledge of KYC with at least 1-3 years' experience
2. Client focused with strong customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule
4. Possess Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
5. Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts
6. Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and standards
7. Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements, and follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates
