Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Effectively communicate project status, updates, and challenges to key stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize their impact on project success.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

Change Management:

• Manage changes to project scope, timeline, or budget, ensuring they are approved and implemented effectively.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
