Python Developer

Due to active expansion, our product team, which focuses on FinTech / Blockchain development, is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Python 3. We are looking for an expert who can work both in a team and independently on a project without direct mentorship. We’re creating a Web3 Products Ecosystem with our own Token, Wallet, Business Portal, Academy and Social Platform.

🙌Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience working in Python 3;

- Proven experience with Django framework;

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL);

- Experience of using Test Frameworks for Unit and Performance Testing, Integration and E2E testing;

- Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, GRASP, KISS, and DRY principles;

- Experience with implementation of RESTful web services and 3rd party APIs integrations;

- Experience with Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, Sentry.

- Experience with CI/CD using Docker,

- Experience working with SCRUM.

- Team work together with PO, PM, other engineers and designers

- Participate in the design and development of features and services, resolving technical problems as they rise;

- Take ownership of the entire development process, from design to production, ensuring quality, automation tests, and efficient deployment;

- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of existing functionality, ensuring code quality and alignment with business needs;

- Encourage and facilitate the generation of innovative engineering ideas and solutions within the team;

- Tracking and communicating project status, issues, decisions, and action items to internal key stakeholders as needed.
