Senior Product Manager

Our product team, which focuses on FinTech / Blockchain / AI development, is creating a Web3 Products Ecosystem with our own Token, Wallet, Business Portal, Academy and Social Platform. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience to manage development of our Beeezo, modern quests platdorm for crypto brands, from the business side. We are looking for an expert who can work both in a team and independently on a product without direct mentorship.

🙌Requirements:

- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management, preferably in the B2C/B2B2C SaaS industry.

- Product mindset: most of your products you’ve launched in product companies, where you had a chance to face the loop of your product decisions made 1 year before.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, sales) on SCRUM/LeSS frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

- Execution in the DNA: features are cool only once they are released. Product team is happy once it understands the customer and their needs.

- You are proactive and will come up with your initiatives—and you know how to sell/explain them

- You are a self-driven person that sticks to deadlines and does not require micromanagement.

- You can speak the same language with the Design team and use argumentation to sell your ideas.

🎯 Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the entire development process from the business side, from design to production, ensuring quality, automation tests, and efficient deployment;

- Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements;

- Create and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation;

- Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all team members;

- Ensure that all team members understand the project scope, requirements, and deliverables;

- Validate that the developed solutions meet the documented requirements and business needs;

- Managing key product metrics;

- Building and analyzing Customer Journey Maps (CJM);

- Conducting research, formulating, and testing hypotheses;

- Analyzing customer behavior using analytical tools;

- Forming a backlog for developers (user stories, unit economics);

- Team work together with CPO, BA, engineers, designers, QA and customer support team;

- Encourage and facilitate the generation of innovative ideas and solutions within the team;

- Tracking and communicating project status, issues, decisions, and action items to internal key stakeholders as needed.
