We are looking for talented Business Analyst / Product Manager, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and driving successful delivery across the business. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure our platform continues to lead the industry. Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed user stories.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements on time and within scope.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams, and market research to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Ideally worked within the FinTech or Banking sector with a strong understanding of the lending side of the business.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with fintech or the financial services industry is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
