Job Title: HR Administrator (Short-Term Contract)

Location: Dublin City Centre (On-Site)


Role Overview:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR? We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join our dynamic team on a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative HR environment. The primary focus of this role will be on data entry, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting key HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise data entry tasks related to employee records, recruitment, payroll, and other HR processes in our HR system.
  • Regularly audit and maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring that all documentation meets organizational and legal standards.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, by preparing necessary documentation and updating internal systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and analytics.
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation, GDPR regulations, and internal organizational policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team, including handling inquiries and coordinating communications.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives as required.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems or databases.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and GDPR compliance is a plus.
