About The Team
You will be joining the Enterprise Security & Platforms team, who manage and maintain a complex environment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Linux devices running a variety of on-device software and browsers authenticating to AD, EntraID and GoogleIDP.
This is an exciting time to join as the team is in the process of designing a simplified zero trust-based target architecture to standardise and transform device operations, network performance and security, with strong sponsorship from the CTO to deliver this as part of the company's strategic plans.
In addition to providing expert-level support in diagnosing and resolving device policy violations, software and connectivity issues, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of this domain.
What You'll Work On
You will be responsible for assisting the Enterprise Security & Platforms Team (ESP) in the following areas:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-platform device and networking support and security role Experience with Operating Systems: Automation Skills: Networking and Connectivity Troubleshooting: Security & Compliance:
Salary: From €6,000 gross/month upwards (depending on experience and skills).

About The Team

What You'll Work On
You will be responsible for assisting the Enterprise Security & Platforms Team (ESP) in the following areas:
- Device Management: Provide advanced operational support for devices across multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. This includes configuration management, policy enforcement, and security compliance using existing management and security tools (Mosyle, Intune, NinjaOne, Rapid7 IVM, Crowdstrike)
- Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Handle complex troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This includes out-of-policy devices, system incompatibilities, and connectivity disruptions across wired and wireless networks
- Cross-Platform Support: Ensure that device operations are seamless across the entire ecosystem (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android Linux, and Chromebooks). This includes developing knowledge in the nuances of each platform implementation and resolving platform-specific issues effectively
- Enumerate and document the current state of device -> on premises networking -> GCP resilience, security and performance through tools like Nmap, ADExplorer, BloodHound, PingCastle, Spiceworks, runZero and OpManager
- Automation and Process Simplification: Design and implement tactical automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Collaboration with Network, Security and Platform Teams: Work closely with ESP, and networking teams to ensure device security, compliance, and optimal performance across all devices. This includes managing secure configurations, AD, EntraID, GoogleIDP, VPN and Cloudflare ZTNA connectivity, and encryption standards
- Device Policy Management: Review, enforce, and optimise device policies to ensure compliance with organisational security standards
- Windows: Advanced knowledge of system administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows troubleshooting
- macOS: Expertise in macOS configuration, command-line tools, and macOS-specific software issues
- Linux: Proficiency in Linux system administration, including shell scripting, security configurations, and open-source tools
- Chromebooks: advantage to have an understanding of Chromebook management through Google Admin Console and Chrome OS troubleshooting
- Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, and other relevant tools
- Experience in using automation frameworks for device provisioning, patch management, and compliance monitoring
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, VPN setup, and wireless security
- Proficiency with network tools and protocols, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and tools such as encryption, endpoint protection, detection and response solutions, secure browser technology and policy enforcement tools (including continuous verification of least privilege network, device, application and data access)
- Experience with managing device security on a multi-platform environment and ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Experience decommissioning on premises Active Directory and migration to a cloud-based identity platform (Google IDP, Okta and/or JumpCloud preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
