Job description :

HR Administration:

Draft employment contracts and manage personnel changes and correspondence.

• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including social security registrations/deregistrations and maintaining payroll data.
• Prepare employment confirmations, interim, and final work certificates.

Employee Records & Organization:

• Manage electronic personnel files and oversee long-service awards.
• Ensure accurate time tracking and promptly perform necessary corrections.

Training Coordination:

• Organize internal and external training programs (e.g., language, technical, and leadership courses).
• Manage all associated training administration.

Onboarding & Recruitment Support:

• Arrange trial days for prospective employees and manage related processes.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and introductory sessions for new hires.

HR Team Support:

• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on various tasks.

Your Profile:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed commercial education with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Additional qualification as an HR Assistant is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in MS Office and HR applications (experience with Abacus and Rexx is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is highly advantageous.
