Our client who is one of the largest service providers on the Switzerland Market is looking for a Security Project Manager ("PM/PL Initiative Owner") who is going to be responsible for driving and implementing specific security-related initiatives within the organization.

As a Security Project Manager the first key area of your involvement is to manage Protection Level (PL) projects, which includes developing solution variants, making business-oriented recommendations, and aligning the design with organizational goals.

The initiative owner (meaning you) will be tasked with stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.

The second key responsibility is overseeing the security initiative portfolio, ensuring that all related projects are properly coordinated and resourced. This includes maintaining an overview of ongoing security initiatives, updating tickets with progress, tracking resource requirements, and managing dependencies.

As the Initiative Owner you will also be responsible for supporting quarterly planning, prioritizing projects, and facilitating coordination across teams such as SecOps, IT Infrastructure, and other relevant departments.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a solid understanding of Security Topics, Project Management and Risk Management.

This is a 7 month contract with the extension option and the workload involved is between 80-100%

Location of work is Zurich, and the client does offer Hybrid Way of working.

When it comes to the Language, the client is requiring fluency both in English and in German.
