What We're Seeking

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Golang development or a related role.
• Proficiency in Golang, with a strong focus on microservices architecture and scalable, high-performance system development.
• Experience with industrial data protocols such as PLC, OPC, MODBUS, S7, and integration with IT systems like REST, MQTT, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of databases, including NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), time-series databases (e.g., TimescaleDB, InfluxDB), and caching systems (e.g., Redis).
• Proficiency in using logging and monitoring tools, such as the ELK stack.
• Experience in designing and developing APIs and integrating them with both internal and external systems.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and review code.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to continuously learn and propose improvements to technologies and processes within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices in Golang to support critical workflows..
• Build robust, efficient APIs for configuration and connection services, and integrate with internal and external systems (e.g., MODBUS, OPC, MQTT, SQL).
• Enhance our workflow engine by developing components that handle events via NATS, ensuring smooth automation of complex data workflows.
• Manage and process large volumes of data using MongoDB, TimescaleDB, and Redis, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks, improving the scalability and responsiveness of our systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, offer technical support, engage in peer code reviews, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and technology trends, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our platform's capabilities.
