Paribu, which was founded in 2017 as a cryptocurrency trading platform, continues to move forward in its journey as a technology company that stands by its original values. As we leave our sixth year behind, more than 6 million Paribu users are capturing the world of tomorrow with us.

In 2022, Paribu launched Türkiye's first independent blockchain project, Paribu Net, and Paribu Ventures, which supports ecosystem projects with financial and technological investments. Who are we looking for?

At Paribu, we have product groups and functions. Product groups have products that are owned and supervised by our product managers. Functions are mission-critical components of our product groups, enabling them to cater to user needs. Product managers lead the functions.

We believe in the idea of controlled autonomy. Product managers at Paribu literally own their

product(s) and act in a data-driven way to achieve the objectives they set in line with our overall

strategy. As the Product Manager at Paribu, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to set grand and ambitious goals for an entire product group, with the independence to determine how to reach them. You will have the autonomy to work independently, which will majorly affect our customers' lives.

About Paribu Self

Paribu Self is a mobile crypto asset wallet that allows you to manage your digital assets individually or

with other users. Operating independently from your Paribu account, managing the crypto assets stored in Paribu Self is entirely under your control. With the “Multi-party wallet” developed by Paribu Self with MPC technology, you can assign other users as your partners, determine the approval threshold according to your needs, and manage your crypto assets securely.

What do we expect?

Responsibilities

• PM'ing product teams in the business line, ensuring the teams have clear goals and objectives
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, coordinate resources, and guide product teams through key milestones
• Identifying and profoundly understanding user needs to build products that solve real problems, working with our designers to create the best experience for users
• Working closely with data, design, marketing, customer experience and engineering teams to support and inspire your teams as they develop their products
• Setting product KPIs, and guiding teams to measure success and their impact
• Instilling a test-and-learn mentality across teams and the broader product organization, and using data to prioritize and measure the impact
• Serving as a product evangelist both internally and externally, staying up-to-date on industry trends in the space

Qualifications

• A minimum of BS in Engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the crypto-related projects
• Experience in product development for consumer products (financial products is a bonus but not necessary)
• The necessary skills and experience to bring well-designed digital products
• Stellar communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• You take a customer-first approach to everything you do
• You are happy working in a regulated environment in a company
• You’re comfortable with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up
• You understand how consumer-facing products are built and are comfortable working with a technical team
• Excellent command of English
