Work model: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Leads the design for new requirements and improvements of existing solution
• Plans and defines strategy for the direction of future iterations.
• Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and works through details.
• Advocates for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, and research findings.
• Develops high level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas based
• Delivers work that's not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results.
• Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
• Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
• Support BAs and PMs in gathering Business requirements and their verification
• Develops and maintains detailed user-interface specifications.
• Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
• Contributes to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.

Requirements:

• At least 4-years of experience
• English proficiency level (C1)
• Practical ability and experience in preparing mobile applications interface, web solutions, reports etc. (min. 4 years)
• Experience in conducting usability evaluations
• Excellent understanding of the design and usability principles
• Knowledge in scope of user interfaces optimisation issues, as well as best practices how to create interfaces for various platforms (including mobile, web)
• Ability to work in dynamic, changing, international environment
• Ability to estimate, plan and deliver tasks according to schedules
• Preparing high level documentation and projects/ prototypes
• Development of knowledge regarding UX within the organization, cooperation in implementing UCD process
• Ability to work in few projects at the same time
• Knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM methodologies
• Ability to conduct user research sessions (both in-person and remote)
• Ability to synthesise research findings and prepare a list of actionable items
• Experience in conducting usability evaluations
• Expert knowledge regarding UX (min. 4 years of experience)
• Mastery of linguistic and communication skills
• Ability lead the team (organize & coordinate work)
• Practical knowledge of issues related to the usability of systems/ application
• Very good (practical) knowledge of technics how to run and moderate workshop
• Very good practical knowledge of tools, best practices & user interfaces designing techniques
• Ability to support the team in scope of UCD process implementation in the organization, creating standards & strategy for UX
• Experience in defining UX Strategy for the project and project portfolio
• Very good practical knowledge of UX metrics
• Ability to synthetize information
• Excellent understanding of the design and usability principles
• Knowledge in scope of user interfaces optimization issues, as well as best practices how to create interfaces for various platforms
