Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to design and maintain backend systems, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time while adhering to clean code principles and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems in alignment with clean code principles.
  • Actively participate in daily development tasks, Scrum ceremonies, and design discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices, team performance, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience as a .NET Backend Developer with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of software modeling, engineering principles, and enterprise architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and collaboration with Scrum Masters.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL and RabbitMQ; familiarity with the accounting domain is a plus.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to complete a technical homework assignment prior to the interview.key

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in C# and .NET Core development.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API design.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques and secure coding practices.
