The Opportunity

We are on the look out to hire additional Influencer Account Strategists. You will manage influencer relationships, oversee campaign execution, and ensure alignment with company goals. This role involves effective communication, organization, and reporting to foster successful influencer partnerships and optimize campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships through day-to-day interactions, addressing needs and fostering loyalty.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly updates on influencer performance and campaign outcomes to upper management.
• Onboarding: Guide influencers from initial outreach to campaign execution, including contract negotiations and briefings.
• Contract Management: Draft and manage contracts, ensuring deliverables are met and terms are adhered to.
• Organization and Tracking: Implement systems to monitor communications, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  
  

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or account management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Experience working with influencer platforms like Upfluence, AspireIQ, or HypeAuditor.
• Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills to assist in content reviews.
