Senior Software Engineer

Validaitor develops solutions to bring quality assurance into Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our platform provides fully autonomous testing and compliance management capabilities for AI systems. With our unique approach to AI testing and validation, we enable companies to develop AI solutions in a safe and trustworthy manner while keeping them focus on what they need to do, that is developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

It's a great time to join Validaitor. We're looking for highly motivated and ambitious senior software developers to join us. The role is remote within Germany.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll help us develop our platform using our tech stack: Pyhon, Django, Next.js and more…
• You’ll write both back-end and front-end components and run them in Docker containers.
• You’ll work on different cloud vendors and adapt our platform to these environments.
• You’ll write unit tests and good documentation.
• You’ll participate in the code reviews and ensure the best practices in software development.
• You're self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.
• You excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of back-end and front-end software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Django and Next.js.
• Practical knowledge on MySql or PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge on MongoDB or ElasticSearch.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Practical knowledge on Docker and Dockor Compose.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure etc.)
• Excellent English skills.

Bonus Points: The following points are not mandatory but if you fulfill any one of them, it’d be a cherry on top of the cake!

• Basic understanding of machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge on Kubernetes and how to scale apps horizontally.
• German knowledge.
