Information Security Manager (15-Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team on a 15-month contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering our IT Cybersecurity Programme. This hybrid role is based in Dublin, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage all project management activities within the IT Cybersecurity Programme.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with programme objectives.

Programme Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and milestones for all cybersecurity-related initiatives.
• Define project scope, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Risk and Governance Management:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects.
• Implement strong governance processes to maintain programme integrity and compliance.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders on the progress of the cybersecurity programme.
• Maintain transparent communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Security Manager role.
• Proven expertise in security project management, risk management, and governance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Skillset Requirements:

• Security Project Management: Skilled in managing and delivering security initiatives with a focus on timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks within an IT security context.
• Governance: Experience in establishing and maintaining robust governance structures.
