Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage implementation of assigned local or GeoPost-initiated projects according to DPD Baltics project governance procedures and policies.:

• Feasibility study: Define and review business requirements with the idea owners, analyze the idea, and conduct research.
• Project Planning and Execution: Effectively manage and oversee DPD Lithuania projects, including scope, time, budget, risks and resource planning.
• Team Guidance: Lead the project team, ensure cross team clarity on the goals, status and next steps.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and proactively address project risks and dependencies.
• Reporting and Transparency: Regular status, milestone and risk reports to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ensure information and change traceability between project teams.
• Where applicable, collaborate and coordinate work among GeoPost, DPD, and our partners.
• Prepare, maintain and lead the local portfolio and project status review meetings for local management team.

We expect You to have:

• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience as Project Manager, with a proven track record.
• Understanding of app implementation process, new service setups, business logic changes across various systems, system decommission, and data migration processes.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to translate business requirements to actionable tasks, ability to clearly and reasonably present ideas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English knowledge (oral and written).
• Good understanding of project resource management and budgeting processes.
