Senior Software Engineer

Role: Senior Software Engineer (Java, Angular)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Note: Only candidates currently based in Sweden will be considered for this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze business requirements and design solution proposals.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support agreed solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure alignment with factory and corporate standards.
• Utilize modern technologies to optimize the systems landscape and support manufacturing processes.
• Assist various departments by designing, configuring, and managing solutions for tools, devices, and applications.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Java Software Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in full-stack development.
• Proficient in Spring, REST APIs, Angular, and working with databases, cloud services, and messaging systems like IBM MQ or Kafka.
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and system orchestration.
• Strong communicator with excellent English skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Familiarity with .Net, Linux, and Windows Service Applications.
• Knowledge of deploying and maintaining Docker containers.
