Job Opportunity: Senior Python AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview:

Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visit 6 times per month)

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop AI assistants, chatbots, agent-based workflows, and RAG applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based services.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, monitoring, and model evaluation.
• Develop machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met.
• Support and optimize production AI systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions from concept to production.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, chatbots, and agentic AI.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, AI-assisted workflows, automation tools)
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation
• Experience optimizing workflows using modern productivity tools
