YOUR PROJECT

Our client is a well-known global insurance and financial services company headquartered in Europe, known for its wide-ranging portfolio of services including property and casualty insurance, life and health insurance, and asset management. It operates in over 70 countries, serving millions of customers worldwide. You will become an integral part of a large team of UX/UI designers, contributing to the development of an internal portal designed to streamline and facilitate the process of issuance of insurance policies to customers.

YOUR TASKS

• As a UX/UI Product & Services Designer you will design and lead the process of creating interfaces for mobile and web applications as well as design systems;
• You will collaborate with other UX and UI Designers acting as their coach and mentor;
• You’ll be responsible for communication with our clients and for a smooth collaboration with developers ensuring effective design hand-off;
• Together with other designers you’ll build and implement design thinking culture into our organization;

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 4-year experience in application design;
• You are fluent in English (C1);
• You know interface prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and you are able to create clickable prototypes suitable for usability testing, organizing components libraries and design systems
• You know Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• You care about the user’s needs and take them into account when designing products, considering the scope, budget and client’s requirements;
• You are able to back up your design-related decisions, advise and persuade your stakeholders;
• You’re interested in supporting offering process with a quick prototype creation and see it as an interesting challenge
• You are willing to work form Wrocław office 2 days a week
