My client is a real estate business based in Dubai. They are looking for a real people focused individual to join their growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all company divisions.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition strategies to recruit qualified professionals for various sectors.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and leave management in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure organizational effectiveness.
