Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all company divisions.
- Coordinate talent acquisition strategies to recruit qualified professionals for various sectors.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and leave management in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure organizational effectiveness.
