Scrum Master/Project Manager

Role: Scrum Master

• Experience:
• Overall: 8-10+ years of software development experience in IT industry of which 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master (Must-Have)
• Domain Experience: experience of working with Scrum teams in Telecom domain in the areas of Ordering, Provisioning, Network and IT Solutions, Digital, revenue assurance, Revenue Assurance, Core billing, mediation and commissioning applications (Must-Have)
• Need specialization in any of the Telco Areas like TV /Media, Digital , Data ( Must Have)
• Would be an added advantage if having knowledge of technical skills in Java, ETL, Informatica, COBOL etc (Good to have)

1. High Level Deliverables

• Facilitating Scrum events as requested and needed.
• Agile Training and workshops as needed by the team
• Agile Metrics Management and governance
• help teams to define, measure, visualize the progress towards Sprint goals
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis Workshops and help improve team performance
• Facilitate clients to optimize their Value Streams
• Change Management, Stakeholder & communication management
• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the Agile implemen

• Certification: Atleast certified in any of the scrum certifications CSM/PSM1/PSM2/SAFe Scrum Master (Must-Have)

• Other Relevant Professional skill
• Knowledge and understanding about end to end software development lifecycle
• Having experience of supporting Scrum teams in remote and colocation environment
• Hands-on with implementing the Agile frameworks, tools (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, JIRA, Confluence).
• Deep hands-on experience guiding teams using JIRA and Confluence
• Good knowledge of facilitation techniques and tools (Experience with Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Facilitation, Gamification workshops)
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Deep expertise in Agile Metrics Management, Root Cause Analysis techniques

• Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills with strong command over Dutch, French and English
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to listen, inspire and lead by example
