🤖 About the Role

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer / Data Scientist with 3 years of experience, working on Gen AI tools to improve internal processes.

One of our leading banking clients is leveraging data science across many use cases to create value in crucial projects.

You will spearhead the transformation with tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Office CoPilot to improve employee productivity and efficiency across processes. The use cases can come from Robotics, Compliance, Client Service Centers, Marketing, and Sales (the list keeps growing).

📊 You will:

• Design and Create prompts using prompt engineering techniques
• Understand business needs to identify cases where Gen AI can be leveraged to add value to our projects
• Test and Evaluate the quality and accuracy of the output from your prompts
• Train and Educate the rest of the business on the best practices around using GenAI & working on establishing a prompt academy (learning environment)
• Document and Share your findings, results, and learnings with the rest of the business

📊 You bring to the table:

• Experience working with Gen AI tools: ChatGPT, Mistral, Llama, and Microsoft Office CoPilot
• Expertise in Advance Prompt Engineering from designing, creating, testing, and optimizing prompts
• Independence and ability to plan your own work based on project requirements
• Strategic thinking around aligning the current business needs and gaps in processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Business, Product, etc.)
• Stakeholder management (being able to communicate with various different stakeholders, managing roadblocks and frustrations, etc.)

🗣️ Language Skills

Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch

🤹 Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.

• Passion for growing, building, and continuous learning, especially around the developments within AI and Data Science
• Working with cross-functional teams with different business needs, requirements, and challenges
