About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Developer with strong C++ skills to join our team in Espoo. You will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of our AIR platform, a critical component of our virtual advertising solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems in a fast-paced and exciting environment, contributing to the future of sports broadcasting.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ code for our AIR platform.

• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of new features and improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI Engineering, Ops and QA.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest C++ standards and technologies.

• Contribute to the optimization of the AIR platform for performance and stability.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming.

• Experience with software development in Windows and Linux environments.

• Understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

• Experience with real-time rendering, computer graphics, or image processing.

• Experience with video processing or broadcast technologies.

• Experience with network programming.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
