The Role

As a Network Voice Senior Engineer, you will be an integral part of our client’s Network Services team, responsible for delivering innovative technical solutions across the solution lifecycle.

Your role will focus on designing and implementing robust local and wide-area network solutions leveraging platforms and protocols to meet customer needs.

You will troubleshoot network issues, coordinate hardware and software installations, and oversee project implementation and planning.

Responsibilities include creating proof-of-concept solutions, conducting cost analyses, and designing solutions for IP and VOIP networks.

Collaboration with teams to meet project requirements and providing exceptional technical support for go-live and maintenance phases will be key aspects of your role.

Required Expertise

• 6+ years of network support, configuration, and implementation.
• Proficiency in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
• Experience with networking and security architecture in local and global domains.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects effectively.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience with Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and data centres.
• Proficiency in Software Defined Networks (SDN) and large-scale network designs.
• Familiarity with protocols like BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and VPC.
