Job Position:- Project Manager – Interior Fit out ( Villas EXP MUST )

Job location:- Dubai

Experience :- Min 3 to 4 years in same/similar managerial position UAE experience

Industry:- Interior Fit out

Job Description :-

•            Interior Projects for Villa and commercial projects is MUST

·       More should be Villa projects who will work on multiple projects

•            Ability to communicate effectively English language.

•            Fit-out expertise.

•            Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget.

•            Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.

•            Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.

•            Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.

•            Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.

•            Being available on site 6 days a week and answering any queries or questions

•            Experience in retrofit / refurbishment projects.

•            Ability to build and develop relationships e.g., marketing relationships with external professionals and clients, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers

Requirements

•            Strong background in interiors / fit-out

•            Min 3 to 4 years in same/similar managerial position experience

•            Knowledgeable in Auto CAD   

• Sal :- AED 12000
