Technical Product Manager

Role Purpose

Our Product Manager Team is obsessed with finding ways to provide better shopping experiences and raising the bar for an entire industry along the way. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of shopping, working with talented people in an environment that values confidence, autonomy, collaboration, and transparency.

You are going to use your exact skill set and expertise on the most important projects which utilize capabilities of Artificial Intelligence, Customer Engagement Platform, Cloud-native Application Architecture and Open Source World to build a full-digital and sustainable business model.

Your Place in the Team

• Preferably worked with agile management method before,
• Identifing potential new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products,
• Working directly with your customers and partner,
• Preparing product backlog and coordinate align with Product Owner Team,
• Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategy,
• Research emerging technologies and trends,
• Continuously improving the UI and UX of the platforms with product designers,
• Participating in technical release planning,
• Writing clear user stories and Acceptance Criterias.
• Determining and drive the MVP (minimal viable product).
• Making benchmark analysis for the product.
• Strong planning and communication skills, acting as a bridge between business units and IT.
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of product experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong experience in the following areas;
• Product Vision and Strategy Development
• Gathering and Interpreting Customer Insights
• Defining and Managing the Product Roadmap
• Leading Cross-Functional Teams
• Managing Product Life Cycle
• Ensuring Compliance and Regulatory Alignment

• To lead the product lifecycle process by aligning with the company's long term goals,
• Identification of potential new product opportunities or improvements to existing products,
• Working directly with our customers and business partners,
• Quantitatively analysing results to drive product direction and strategy,
• Researching emerging technologies and trends,
• Continuously improve the user interface and user experience of the platforms together with product designers,
• To make benchmark analyses for the product.

We are looking for you if you have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in MIS or Engineering (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines), MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of project/product management experience within a software development life cycle for web/mobile applications ideally in an e-commerce or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts, designs and technologies quickly.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams and levels in a large organization,
• Experience with Scrum methodology for agile software development.
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Preferably have relevant work experience in user experience and project management
• Strong analytical and communication skills,
• Strong negotiation and client management skills; ability to collaborate and create a shared vision between parties with conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills, advanced reporting and presentation skills.
• Experience with e-com,Q-com and store processes / able to learn and adapt quickly
• Demonstrate thought leadership, product/technology development expertise and strong project managementskills in the integration of technology into new product and service solutions.
• Defining Product Roadmap/vision and planning execution with team
