Project Manager (Junior Level) (50% Site based)

How You’ll Make An Impact

• The Project Management functionally has responsibility for results (incl. P/L) and the goal of completing the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensuring business success and customer happiness.
• The Project Manager leads overall planning and execution of projects.
• Coordinates overall planning and execution of the projects.
• Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors, and internal team members.
• Initiates and oversees continuous improvement on project execution.
• Responsible for effective risk management, mitigation measures for the assigned projects.
• Ensures that assigned projects meet all agreed performance goals.
• Ensure implementation of required trainings for the internal team and sub-contractors based the projects that have been assigned.
• Responsible for cross-border technical and commercial project management / order implementation of selected key service contracts to ensure achievement of targeted business results and overall P&L responsible for project targets defined in a Project Target Agreement
• In cooperation with regional purchasing and field service ,development and implementation of measures to extend local sourcing
• Reporting and controlling of contract performance (financials, TMS, delays, project risks, claims, quality management).
• Implement and support development of PM standards, methods, processes, tool.
• Business travel required on customer meetings, FAT and during project execution.
• Working at site during the overhaul, upgrades and commissioning are required.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an engineering / technology subject.
• Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable project execution, Distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills.
• Accomplished teammate with at least 3+ years of experience, capable of positively influencing and collaborating closely with different partners, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution (LTPs) and Contracts management experience in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators or Compressors.
• PM Certification is an added advantage.
• Displaying competence in commercial matters and effectively handling a substantial business workload.
• Strong experience in Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety
