About the Role


Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on driving product development and execution as an individual contributor while also contributing to overarching product strategy. You will be instrumental in shaping the products to deliver exceptional value to there customers and align with the company’s strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Product Development & Execution

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from ideation to launch and iteration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.

• Define and prioritize product requirements, creating user stories, and maintaining a clear product backlog.

• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, measure product performance, and identify areas for improvement.


Product Strategy

• Work closely with leadership to align product initiatives with business goals and market opportunities.

• Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategic decisions.

• Identify emerging trends and technologies to propose new product opportunities.

• Participate in regular road mapping sessions, providing input on long-term product vision.


Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates.

• Clearly articulate product goals, timelines, and progress to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to refine product direction.


Qualifications, Required Skills and Experience


• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure devOps, Jira, Monday, or similar.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
