An exciting contract opportunity has arisen in a global financial services business based in the heart of London working on a hybrid basis. Our client, one of the most prestigious FS businesses in its field, is seeking a bright energetic administrative assistant for their central human resources team. This varied and high-profile role requires someone with some administration experience to date as well as excellent communication and IT skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring confidential company staff records are up to date and maintained in the HR system
  • ensuring the data integrity of the HR system
  • Various HR reports for senior management as well as for audit purposes
  • managing the administrative side of the started and leavers processes
  • providing past-employee references


Qualifications and skills required:

  • Ideally a strong educational (degree) background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work and think autonomously
  • Proactive nature
  • Strong IT system data skills
