What we are looking for...

A Chief of Staff who will serve as a force multiplier for our C-suite, ensuring alignment between the company's vision and execution of strategic objectives. This role will drive collaboration across our global organization by providing complex financial analysis, executing on operational goals, and optimizing business practices.

The perfect candidate should be hungry to learn about our industry and have a love of startup life. You must be passionate about creating exceptional customer and homeowner experiences and thrive by being a creative problem-solver in ambiguous environments. You will juggle competing priorities and be equally happy deep diving into detailed analysis as you are by brainstorming 30,000-foot view strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you'll bring...

• You have a strong business acumen and know that problem-solving goes beyond the numbers. You can think through multiple scenarios and apply strategic judgment to assist with decisionmaking.
• You are a self-starter and have a bias for action. You will have a unique opportunity to learn from innovative leaders and to help implement enterprise-level decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses using financial modeling techniques
• Demonstrated ability to effectively define and resolve problems that balance multiple needs and interests.
• Excellent communication and people skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and are seen as a trusted advisor

• Compensation: $65,000-80,000 USD
