About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst specialising in Instant Payments to join a leading financial institution in Luxembourg. You will play a critical role in the implementation of an advanced IP Out solution as part of a new Payments platform. Collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and external providers, you will ensure the successful delivery of this key initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis & Documentation:
- Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements for the IP Out solution.
- Develop comprehensive user stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional/Software Requirement Specifications (FRD/SRS).
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, business stakeholders, and external providers (e.g., Infosys) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Solution Implementation:
- Support the integration of the IP Out process within the new Payments solution, leveraging a DEH orchestrator and an enhanced front-end interface.
- Perform functional gap analysis to ensure alignment with the defined "TO BE" state.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and coordinate functional acceptance testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IP Out deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards for system performance and compliance.
- Methodology & Tools:
- Contribute to project progress within a hybrid Agile-Waterfall framework.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage sprints, track progress, and document issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Domain Expertise:
- Proven experience in Payments projects, ideally with a focus on IP Out solutions.
- Strong understanding of DEH orchestrators and Instant Payments processes.
- Analytical Skills:
- Expertise in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and gap identification.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights.
- Tools Proficiency:
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business domains.
- Language Skills:
- Proficient in both French and English (spoken and written).
