➢ Recycle loop is utilising the latest technology and data to enable customers to make the best possible use of their materials.
➢ Comply loop is enabling customers to solve increasingly complex environmental regulatory challenges using data, expert knowledge and thought leadership to drive business accountability across the globe.
➢ Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand business requirements relating to People analytics. Through discussions with stakeholders learn what information is required, what goals are they aiming for and consider what information we can supply to support them.
• Research into best practice methods relating to analytics, which metrics are often used and different calculations to support your decision of what information to provide to the business.
• Through collaboration with the local People teams you will ensure that system data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and completeness – auditing the data and working with colleagues to update.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI. You will need to take the time to critique and cleanse the data and support colleagues to action any amendments required to the base data.
• Supporting the system project team with system implementations to ensure that appropriate data is collected and understood.
• Maintain good relationships with associated departments such as Finance, IT, Sustainability and Compliance to ensure we are working together efficiently and sharing required data.
• Support processes that ensure teams remain compliant and ensure data security is prioritised.
Required Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills when handling large volumes of information.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerBI ability, cleansing, checking, updating information and building PowerBi reports from the start.
• Some experience of HR teams and HR analytics.
• You’ll be keen to interpret organisational information requirements and deliver the information back meaningfully to key stakeholder groups.
• You’ll be comfortable liaising with users across the organisation, and able to translate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• You’ll be able to manage a process through to completion, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved and that users are appropriately informed.
• You’ll be able to explore information in detail with colleagues and understand local requirements while considering the broader business.
