Security Project Manager

Security Project Manager - 6+ month contract - Remote from Middle East/India

Next Ventures is partnered with a global Engineering & Technology client who is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical Information Security initiatives. This internal-facing role requires strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of cybersecurity, and the ability to align technical teams and stakeholders to achieve project success.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the Middle East or India time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT security projects, ensuring budget, scope, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and PMOs for seamless project execution.
• Facilitate technical discussions and align solutions among diverse teams.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining RAID logs and status reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Project Management.
• Certifications: PMO, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (mandatory); Cybersecurity certifications (preferred).

Experience:

• 8-10 years in IT project management, focusing on cybersecurity (Zero Trust, SOC, GRC, Cloud Security, WAF etc)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale security initiatives and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in MS Project, ServiceNow, and Office tools like Power BI and Excel.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of handling tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
