About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering queries and providing market insights.
• Order Coordination: Help process and monitor crypto orders, ensuring secure and seamless execution.
• Market Research: Stay updated on crypto market trends, emerging coins, and price movements to contribute valuable insights.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of reports on trade volumes, client activity, and market updates.
• Collaboration: Work with trading and compliance teams to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to policies.

Key Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for Crypto: A genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and fintech innovation.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with crypto trading platforms, blockchain explorers, and basic Excel.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: No prior experience required, but an active interest and knowledge of the crypto space is essential (e.g., trading, research, or involvement in the crypto community).
