About Role
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for producing a range of design assets that align with brand guidelines, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality materials that resonate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to execute and maintain consistent brand direction across all projects
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, community engagement, partnerships, and internal communications
• Help refine and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity
• Design materials for presentations, reports, and other campaign assets to support marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio showcasing skills in print, digital, and multimedia design
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency
• Effective communication skills to present ideas and integrate feedback
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering creative design solutions
