We are hiring an Agile Coach to join our team remotely (CST/EST).
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide our teams in understanding and applying Agile and Scrum methodologies. The Agile Coach will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on product delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices and the ability to train and coach teams in Agile/Scrum concepts. This role will require a blend of practical experience, coaching skill, and a strong understanding of Agile values and principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices and the ability to train and coach teams in Agile/Scrum concepts. This role will require a blend of practical experience, coaching skill, and a strong understanding of Agile values and principles.
Responsibilities
- Train and coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Executives on Agile and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and assist in removing impediments that obstruct a team’s pursuit of its sprint goals.
- Help teams inspect, adapt, deliver, and mature.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, techniques, and frameworks, reducing the gap between agile theory and practice.
- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process.
- Assess the current process being used by a team or organization and suggest improvements or alterations.
- Mentor team members on personal and professional growth opportunities.
- Work with other stakeholders and teams to improve the quality of the products.
- Ensure continuous improvement and growth by conducting agile maturity assessments.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones, and assigning responsibility.
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams.
- Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met.
- Maintain objectivity regarding issues and how to troubleshoot them by applying agile principles.
- Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status.
- Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Five or more years of experience as an Agile Coach.
- Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Track record of implementing Agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
- Strong background in Agile practices and the ability to train and coach teams in Agile/Scrum concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members on Agile practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
