Digital Marketing Assistant

Holistic Affiliates is an international and innovative affiliate marketing agency on the lookout for a new Digital Marketing Assistant!

Your contributions will be key to propelling business growth and elevating the quality of our services. In this role, you will start with an initial short-term contract, providing you with an opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities. With proven success, the position will evolve, offering you increased responsibilities and further involvement in strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on affiliates’ web traffic and sales performance. Leverage analytics to derive actionable insights that support strategic decisions and optimize affiliate marketing efforts.

• Performance Metrics Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on key performance metrics, including monthly performance and conversion rates, to guide marketing strategy.

• Website Management: Utilize the WIX platform to update content, enhance the company’s website UX/UI, and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Creative Design: Design and create engaging banners and promotional materials (logos, visuals) that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility.

• Business Development Support: Assist in business development efforts by identifying and pursuing potential leads to expand the company’s reach.

• Marketing Support: Provide support on various ad-hoc marketing tasks, such as coordinating special promotions, ensuring program compliance, and managing content across different platforms.

The ideal candidate:

• Based in Rosario or Buenos Aires
• English proficiency level, preferably holding a CAE certification or equivalent.
• Strong design experience using Canva or other relevant tool
• Previous experience using WIX
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and growth marketing (eg SEO and PPC)
• Excellent level of Excel
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.

Working Schedule and Equiment:

This position is mostly remote & part-time (16-20 hours/ week) but expect to have approximately 25% of presencial work in-office (central co-working space)

You are expected to use your own computer for work, and will be responsible to have it operational when needed.

Contract Duration & Starting date:

This contract will be initially for 3 months, afterward a potential offer could be given to the right candidate. We are eager for the successful applicant to start as soon as possible.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is competitive and above market standards, commensurate with experience.
