Remote | Multi-Brand | High-Performance Marketing Team

Now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter: expanding The Conqueror while also acquiring and developing new brands worldwide. We scale both fully owned and partially owned businesses, combining our marketing, data, and operational excellence expertise to accelerate their growth. Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu and other emerging global brands.
🔎 About the role
We’re hiring a Technical UI/UX Designer to help drive conversion and revenue across a portfolio of e-commerce brands, covering both digital and physical products.
This is a growth-focused design role for someone who understands that interfaces are only useful if they actually perform. You’ll work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, developers, and growth teams to design e-commerce experiences that are visually strong, easy to use, fast to ship, and built for measurable impact.
You’ll be responsible for turning business goals and customer insights into high-converting user experiences across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, upsells, bundles, post-purchase journeys, and lead capture funnels.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UI/UX fundamentals with technical awareness. You don’t need to be a full-time engineer, but you should understand how modern web experiences are built, how design decisions affect implementation, and how UX connects to experimentation, analytics, and revenue.
Your work will directly influence conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), CAC efficiency, retention, and overall e-commerce performance.
🚀 What you’ll own
- Design and optimization of key e-commerce experiences across landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, checkout flows, bundles, upsells, post-purchase pages, and lead capture journeys
- Turning growth goals, customer insights, and performance data into clear UX solutions that improve CVR, AOV, CAC efficiency, and retention
- Creation of A/B test-ready design variants with strong hypotheses, clear rationale, and clean execution
- Development of reusable components, layouts, and design patterns that can scale across multiple e-commerce brands
- Mobile-first, responsive, accessible-aware, and performance-conscious design across all key user journeys
- Close collaboration with performance marketers, copywriters, developers, and product/growth teams to move quickly from insight → design → implementation → iteration
- Design handoff and implementation support, including clear specs, states, edge cases, responsive behavior, and interaction details
- QA support to ensure shipped experiences match the design intent and perform well across devices
- Continuous improvement of live experiences based on analytics, user behavior, test results, and business performance
- Contribution to a scalable multi-brand design system that balances speed, consistency, and flexibility
🏆 You might be the one if…
- You have strong UI/UX experience, ideally in ecommerce, CRO, growth design, or performance-focused product environments
- You have a portfolio showing shipped work, not just polished concepts floating in the void
- You can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions and connect them to user behavior, business goals, or measurable outcomes
- You have excellent visual and interaction design fundamentals, including hierarchy, typography, layout, flows, usability, and system consistency
- You’re comfortable designing within real-world implementation constraints such as component systems, breakpoints, responsive behavior, performance, and tracking requirements
- You understand how UX decisions impact metrics like CVR, AOV, CAC efficiency, retention, and funnel performance
- You can create clear, testable design variants for experimentation and A/B testing
- You communicate effectively with developers and understand the basics of modern web stacks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, ShadCN and Next.js concepts
- You design with implementation in mind from day one: reusable components, clear states, scalable patterns, and clean handoff specs
- You move quickly without turning quality into a casualty, which is apparently a rare superpower now
- You’re comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, and engineering teams
- You take ownership of outcomes, not just screens
