Who we are looking for

Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager.

You will need to be proactive, client-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality services and managing complex projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and driving results.

What will you be doing

Your skills will revolve around making quick decisions on numbers to make sound commercial recommendations for clients. You must be flexible to work on some weekends and public holidays on a roster, given the coverage required for clients.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while managing risks and resources.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and implement improvements for successful outcomes.

As a Service Delivery Manager:

• Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets client expectations and SLAs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing issues and providing solutions.
• Lead and mentor the service delivery team, driving a culture of collaboration.
• Optimise processes and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement

Ideally you will have

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in service management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL framework).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or CRM.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
