- Team Coordinator: Ensure smooth team coordination and correct execution of the development process.

- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the Product Team to align vision and strategy.

- Quality Assurer: Maintain product reliability and oversee ongoing maintenance.

- Risk Manager: Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

- Mentor and Leader: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your engineering team.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Development Experience: 7+ years in Software Development and Delivery roles.

- Leadership Skills: 3+ years of experience in team management.

- Technical Expertise: Strong development background with Java.

- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS Infrastructure.

- Project Management: Strong skills with a hands-on, motivational approach.

- Business Acumen: Ability to align technical work with business goals and metrics.

- Communication Skills: Excellent at conveying complex ideas clearly and organizing information effectively.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced English level.
