Power Platform / SharePoint Developer - PL 400 Certified a Must

We are hiring a skilled Power Platform / SharePoint Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions using Power Platform technologies and SharePoint. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with industry best practices and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Power Platform technologies.
• Maintain and support Power Platform and SharePoint environments, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Lead and guide teams in adopting best practices, including code reviews, governance standards, and quality assurance.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides for reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and SharePoint advancements, incorporating new tools and methodologies to enhance solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and/or Power Pages.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of .NET programming, preferably in C#.
• Experience with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Starter Kit is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to design user-friendly interfaces.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and implementation of security measures within applications.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as PL-400 (required), PL-200, or PL-600 (desirable).
