IT Project Manager (Junior)

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join us in leading exciting tech projects that shape the future of our company and our clients. As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will work closely with our IT and development teams to ensure smooth project execution, keeping a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality standards. What You Will Do

• Managing small IT projects from inception through delivery.
• Coordinate tasks and resources, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Support the team in tracking project performance, managing risks, and identifying improvement areas.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any project-related inquiries.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting notes to ensure transparent communication and accountability.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts or previous experience in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English language.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Certification in Project Management (CompTia Project +,CAPM, PMP, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with software development or IT service projects.
