Job description
Our client is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This permanent role is based in Oeiras, Portugal, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a pioneering Uniform Management System (UMS). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising stock, procurement, and manufacturing processes, ensuring that our client's strategy aligns with their global vision of sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create product strategy, driving direction, feature set, and release cadence.
- Work with internal stakeholders and development teams to define UMS features.
- Document product features and requirements in Jira and Confluence.
- Feed the backlog of the SCRUM team, including designers and developers.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Drive and track product development progress with the development team.
- Align product development priorities with our client's strategy.
- Partner with operations, logistics, marketing, sales, and support teams to communicate product roadmap updates.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience in a product role for a consumer-facing app.
- Strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about creating user-centric products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, analytics, and design functions.
- Proficiency with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX tech stack, including Figma and Miro.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
