Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Manager in Norway we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive documentation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll be at the helm of defining and implementing Documentation Management within the Project organization, ensuring that our documentation processes are seamless and efficient. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Technical Teams, Contractors), managing the Doc Team, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating and updating Documentation Management Plans (DMP), as well as managing and deploying EDMS with tool support teams, but also suggesting improvements based on retrospective analyses of documentation issues.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and monitoring complete project/program documentation
  • Executing documentation life cycle processes
  • Transferring contractual customer specifications into AT DMP (Documentation Management Plan)
  • Ensuring documentation validation before submissions to customers
  • Adapting and implementing documentation structures in accordance with standards
  • Defining, assigning, and following up on contractual deliverables
  • Managing and training new users in EDMS, and handling access rights

  • Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of documentation management within large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems AEC , DOC4C ,ACOMIS
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation standards
  • A PMP or similar certification is an asset
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
