  • Produce a one-page snapshot of all real estate KPIs. Implement real estate KPIs across all Group office sites (CMA and CEVA). Deliver a weekly five-point executive update summarizing the progress made during the week for the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Maintain a weekly updated tracking sheet for each project.
