Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, along with expertise in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction and Cleaning: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• SQL Development: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
• Python Scripting: Utilize Python for advanced data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks to streamline processes.
• Data Visualization: Create compelling and informative data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making.
• Reporting: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst with 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
