Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with company goals and customer needs.

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for product innovation.

• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX design and marketing teams to develop and launch high-quality, user-centric products.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future development.

• Usability Testing: Lead usability and testing to validate product features and improve the user experience.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective product launch plans.

• Continuous Improvement: Leverage customer feedback, analytics and industry best practices to enhance product performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Fintech or digital payment-related industries.

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles from concept to launch.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, design thinking and product management frameworks.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms.

• Passion for fintech and a strong desire to build customer-centric solutions.
